Abstract

The work presents the data of clinical and laboratory observations of 68 patients treated by electrophoresis of antibiotics in exacerbation of the suppurative process in burn wounds after autodermoplasty. It has been found that the antibiotic electrophoresis inhibits the microflora in the burn wound, results in the repair of the epithelial cover and makes the period of the hospital treatment 10-14 days shorter.
