Aplicação de Filtro Harmônico Ativo em Plataforma Laboratorial Destinada a Estudos de Qualidade da Energia Elétrica

Abstract

A preocupação com a qualidade da energia tem atraído a atenção dos diversos segmentos do setor elétrico, com especial ênfase às distorções harmônicas, dado o exponencial crescimento de dispositivos não lineares nos diversos níveis dos sistemas elétricos. Porém, como a presença de harmônicos é um potencial causador de problemas aos equipamentos do sistema elétrico, sua mitigação é essencial para o adequado funcionamento de suas instalações. Para tanto, entre as estratégias de mitigação existentes, a utilização de filtros passivos é a mais largamente difundida, embora alguns fatores têm levado ao desenvolvimento das tecnologias de compensação harmônica via filtros ativos, de forma prática e comercial. Assim sendo, devido à relevância da mitigação harmônica em ambientes industriais,este trabalho objetiva demonstrar a mitigação de distorções harmônica, de forma didática, pela conexão de um protótipo de filtro ativo a uma estrutura laboratorial representativa de um sistema elétrico industrial desenvolvida para realização de estudos e pesquisas em qualidade da energia.
