Abstract

Hundred patients with inoperable cancer of the cervix, who had been treated by primary irradiation, were reviewed with regard to biorhythm on the days of radium application. 5-year survival was lower in patients with unfavorable biorhythm; the differences, however, were not significant. It is concluded that the calculation of biorhythm for the day of radiotherapy has little or no influence on the results of therapy.
