Clinic analysis of 46 cases of Sjogren's syndrome

Abstract

Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is more common in female.Being lack of dryness in mouth and eyes,parotid gland swelling in early stage of majority patients,SS would be misdiagnosed.In a few cases,it may prominently manifest damage only in some system,such as liver and spleen enlargement,hyperglobulinemia etc,so that it would interfere the diagnosis.Examining function of salivary and lacrimal gland or sialography as well as lower lip biopsy is necessary for the diagnosis.In this article,we discussed primarily about 1.the diagnosis of the primary form of SS; 2.the diagnosis of systemic damages in SS; 3.the diagnosis of SS complicating other autoimmune disease.
