Controladores baseados em lógica fuzzy para gerenciamento de carga e descarga de veículos elétricos a bateria em uma rede elétrica inteligente

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta uma ferramenta de gerenciamento de energia de uma rede elétrica inteligente que contém veículos elétricos. A técnica de otimização utilizada foi o Recozimento Simulado, a fim de minimizar o custo total de energia da rede em estudo. Foram adotadas 3 estratégias de carregamento: carregamento na ponta, carregamento fora de ponta e carregamento inteligente, além de técnicas de gerenciamento pelo lado da demanda. Além do processo de carregamento, também será estudada a descarga da bateria dos veículos elétricos, preferencialmente na ponta da curva de carga, através da criação de uma estação de carregamento / descarregamento. Neste trabalho, o sistema usado é o IEEE-39 barras New England. Dois controladores fuzzy foram desenvolvidos, a saber, o controlador da estação de carregamento e o controlador Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G). Juntos, eles gerenciam o fluxo de energia adequado entre os Veículos Elétricos (VEs) e a rede.
