Abstract

We report the case of a patient with locally-advanced penile cancer and metastatic inguinal adenopathy who has been cured by radiotherapy. In an era when chemotherapy is being advocated increasingly for the control of locally-advanced penile cancer, our surprisingly good result is a timely reminder that high-dose radiotherapy alone can be a worthwhile therapeutic option.
