Development of subepidermal bullae in the split-skin graft donor site of a psoriatic

Abstract

A case of blistering eruption developing at the donor site of a split skin graft in a 48-year-old woman is described. Conventional histology revealed a subepidermal bulla. Direct immunofluorescence was negative. The significance of these findings is discussed.
