Abstract

The author observed 20 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of high, medium and low degree of malignancy for period of time from 1996 till 1998. Deviation in albumin and globulin fractions as well as such tumor-associated antigens as alpha-fetoprotein and cancer-embryonal were observed. Analysis and assessment of clinical and laboratory results show that degree of albumin and globulin deviation in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has the tendency for change depending on a stage of the disease, degree of malignancy, sex and age of patients.
