Abstract

The results obtained from serologic diagnosis on patients with suspicion of toxoplasmic lymphadenitis are referred. The data concerning specific IgM, obtained on whole serum and after gel filtration, are compared. The IgM fraction obtained after gel filtration has been used for AD, ELISA IgM and IFA test; the reliability of the different tests has been evaluated.
