Abstract

A brief general account is given of the effects of alpha-blocking drugs in exercise induced asthma (EIA) followed by data obtained using beta-adrenoceptor stimulants, Atropine, Disodium cromoglycate and 2 new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Ketotifen and Tiaramide. Reference is made to a bronchodilator action of these drugs and to DSCG when inhaled in solution.
