Abstract

Endoscopic sphincterotomy, AMS 800 artificial urinary sphincter and enlargement cystoplasty for treating a neurologic dyssynergic bladder. Association of endoscopic sphincterotomy made on a first operating time, with AMS 800 artificial sphincter and enlargement cystoplasty is a good choice for treating selected patients with a neurologic dyssynergic bladder. The author report his experience and his technique in a case of congenital malformation of the medullary cone.
