Abstract

The results of study of adrenaline and noradrenaline concentration in urine in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis associated with HIV-infection are represented in the article. In patients with the tuberculosis/HIV by comparison to HIV-negative patients there is more high activity of the sympathoadrenal system. Revealed dependency of the functional condition of the sympathoadrenal system from volume pulmonary process. Such is a functional condition of the system can aggravate metabolic breaches and promote development to reduction of the mass of the body in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis associated with HIV-infection.
