Abstract

Diploid, primary human oocytes freed of the cumulus, corona radiata cells and the zona pellucida, kept in the follicular fluid at body temperature and atmospheric oxygen tension, may undergo normal appearing cleavage after being maneuvered into very close proximity in vitro.
