Abstract

The last decade has seen major advances in our knowledge of the clinical and biologic behavior of lymphomas of lung. These advances have in turn led to intriguing hypotheses that attempt to explain the origin of these lesions. In this chapter, the authors summarize the background and evolution of these intriguing lymphomas.
