Abstract

A group of 24 patients (12 male and 12 female) with skeletal lesions of malignant lymphoma, histiocytic type, had a 5-year survival rate of 50%. Two patients with primary skeletal lesions were alive after 6,5 and 15,5 years. Radiotherapy is the treatment of choice, and chemotherapy may be of value for patients with disseminated lesions.
