Multiple system involvement in chronic lead poisoning

Abstract

Whenever unusual physiological derangements occur in concert, an intoxicant should be considered. When exposure to lead exists, poisoning from that metal should be considered in an etiological determination. Treatment of such lead intoxications can result in reversal of abnormal physiology.
