Abstract

Madura foot is rarely encountered in clinical practice in the United States, and a recent review of the biomedical literature revealed only 24 cases reported worldwide since 1981. In this report, we describe the case of a patient who presented with an advanced pedal Nocardia mycetoma. Although this condition is not unheard of, we felt that the rarity of the condition warranted reporting. 4.
