PERFIL E ATUAÇÃO DO DOCENTE NO PROEJA DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO MARANHÃO-CAMPUS CODÓ (MA)

Abstract

O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar a atuação dos docentes, do IFMA Campus – Codó que trabalham no PROEJA, frente as exigências pedagógicas que são elencadas para a formação concreta desse alunado. A pesquisa foi realizada no Instituto Federal do Maranhão Campus - Codó, localizado na zona rural do município. Como instrumento de pesquisa para coleta dos dados foi utilizado um questionário estruturado adaptado de LEITE (2009). O questionário foi aplicado para docentes do IFMA que atuam nos cursos de PROEJA. Após a análise dos dados, observou-se que 71,4% dos docentes procuram adequar suas aulas à realidade do discente, quando questionados sobre o planejamento das aulas ministradas no PROEJA. Isso demonstra a preocupação dos docentes com relação a aprendizagem do alunado. E embora os profissionais não possuam qualificação para atuar na modalidade PROEJA, observou-se que os mesmos são sensíveis às dificuldades apresentadas no processo de ensino aprendizagem desses discentes, de forma a tentarem adequar-se à realidade desses jovens e adultos.
