Polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic study of the molecular weight of skeletal muscle and myocardial actin

Abstract

Actins, isolated from human sceletal and heart muscles, were studied using SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. They possessed similar electrophoretic mobility and molecular weight about 46000 daltons.
