Abstract

16 patients with acromio-clavicular joint injuries were postexamined. On six of these a ligament suture and additional fixation by wiring had been applied. On the remaining 10, a replacement of the ligament with autologous corium following the modified Bunnell-technique had been performed. The achieved results are satisfactory in both groups. However, in our opion, the modified procedure following Bunnell is preferable to all other techniques.

Allogenic & Autologous Therapies
