Abstract

Nonstandard situations while the operative interventions conduction were enlighted, based on 22 observations of blood circulation of brain (BCB) malfunction caused by a carotis interna (ACI) compression or deformity. Peculiarities of surgical tactics determination and the necessity of additional investigations conduction, taking into consideration their informativity were picked out.
