Recurrent catamenial encephalopathy secondary to toxic shock syndrome

Abstract

Neurological clinical manifestations are often observed in toxic shock syndromes. However they unusually dominate the clinical picture. We present a case of recurrent catamenial encephalopathy, with epileptic seizures, revealing a menses toxic shock syndrome.
