Abstract

Comparative efficacy of the specific globulin and penicillin in the treatment of Siberia ulcer infection was studied on 160 guinea pigs and 400 albino mice irradiated with Co60 gama-rays in sublethal doses. It was found that penicillin preserved its efficiency, while the curative effect of the specific globulin significantly decreased in the irradiated animals.
