The effect of environmental temperature on the state of the blood coagulation system

Abstract

Drop of external temperature to +2 degrees C followed by muscle shivering activated the coagulating and depressed the anticoagulating and fibrinolytic processes. On overheating of the organism and development of the hyperemia, a tendency to hypocoagulation appeared.
