The primary reconstruction of the anterior floor of mouth by the intraoral cheek transposition flap

Abstract

A new method to reconstruct the anterior floor of mouth is described. Defects up to 6 cm resulting from resection of tumours can be treated using intraoral cheek transposition flaps with well-functional results.
