Abstract

Tripsine perfused through the rabbit humorally isolated kidney with preserved innervation evokes, like the thrombin, an activation of the second anticoagulating system (SAS). N-acetyl-thrombin lacking in coagulating effect due to blockade of free aminogroups, did not evoke the activation of the SAS under the same conditions.
