Abstract

A case of depressive psychosis associated with corticosteroid therapy for the treatment of Churg-Strauss syndrome is described. We outline the patient's response to different antidepressant and antipsychotic medications in this case. A significant improvement with low doses of Venlafaxine is open for further discussion and study.
